Exchange Policy

At PajamaGroup, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit and style for your ultimate lounging experience. Whether you need a different size in our women's 3-piece sets, a different color in our couple matching sets, or a complete swap for your family pajamas, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within our designated policy guidelines.

Please review our exchange process and conditions below:

1. Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the exact date you receive your package to request an exchange. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for an exchange or replacement.

2. Exchange Conditions

To ensure a successful exchange, all items must be returned to us in their original condition. To be eligible, your satin sleepwear must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Must be free of any scent, perfume, makeup, deodorant stains, or pet hair.

  • Must be in its original packaging with all product tags, labels, and inserts fully attached.

3. Shipping Fees & Responsibilities for Exchanges

Who covers the logistics costs depends entirely on the reason for the exchange:

  • Size or Style Swaps (Customer's Responsibility): If you need to exchange an item due to personal preferences—such as selecting the wrong size, wanting a different color, or changing your mind on a style—the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees to send the original item back to our facility.

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (PajamaGroup's Responsibility): If your pajamas arrive defective, damaged during transit, or if we accidentally shipped the wrong size/style, PajamaGroup will take full responsibility. We will cover all return shipping costs and ship out the correct replacement item immediately at no additional cost to you.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for processing your exchange.

4. Return Address for Exchanges

All authorized exchange packages must be shipped to our official registered business address:

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR US CUSTOMERS: Please DO NOT send your package back to the carrier's address printed on the shipping label without contacting us first. Because our international corporate office is located in China, return shipping can be expensive and time-consuming. Please email us at support@pajamagroup.com before shipping anything back, so our customer service team can offer you the most efficient and cost-effective exchange solution.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

To start your exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email our support team at with your Order Number, photos of the item (if it is damaged/defective), and specify the new size, color, or style you wish to receive in exchange.

  2. Get Authorization: Once approved, we will issue you an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number and provide detailed mailing instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly write or include the EMA number inside the box, and ship it to our designated address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PajamaGroup cannot guarantee or process exchanges for items lost in transit.

6. Processing Time & Replacement Delivery

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned package, our quality control team will inspect the items to verify they meet our exchange conditions. We will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

  • Dispatching Your New Order: Once approved, your new replacement item will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. You will automatically receive a new tracking number via email to monitor your replacement package in real-time.
