At PajamaGroup, we want you to love your premium satin sleepwear as much as we loved creating it. Whether you purchased our luxury women's 3-piece sets, cozy couple sets, or matching family pajamas, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below:

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the exact date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in its original packaging.

  • Must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it (free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair).

  • Must include all original tags, labels, and packaging inserts.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibilities

Who pays for the return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Customer’s Responsibility (Personal Reasons / Remorse): If you wish to return an item due to personal preferences (e.g., "change of mind," "don't like the style," or "wrong size selected"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • PajamaGroup’s Responsibility (Defective or Incorrect Items): If the item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong product/size was sent by our mistake, PajamaGroup will cover all return shipping costs. Upon receiving and verifying your returned package, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

  • No Restocking Fee: PajamaGroup does not charge any restocking fees or administrative fees for processed returns.

⚠️ CRITICAL NOTE FOR OUR US CUSTOMERS: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the package's original shipping carrier address (the logistics warehouse address on your package label) without contacting us first. Because our headquarters is located in China, return shipping from the US to China can be expensive. Please contact our support team at support@pajamagroup.com before shipping any items, so we can guide you on the most efficient and cost-effective way to handle your return.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@pajamagroup.com with your Order Number, product photos (required if the item is damaged or defective), and the specific reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once your request is verified and approved by our team, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed mailing instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to our designated return address.

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PajamaGroup cannot guarantee or issue refunds for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned package, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be calculated and processed within 7 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued automatically back to your original method of payment (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover).

    • Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
