3. Order Processing and Key Deadlines

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (HKT - Hong Kong Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Handling Time (3 - 5 Business Days): To ensure you receive the highest quality, this duration includes order data verification, a strict quality control inspection of the satin fabric and stitching, and secure, premium packaging.

  • Transit Time: Starts from the moment the package is handed over to our international logistics carriers until it arrives at your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (No Hidden Fees)

  • Taxes & Duties Included: All prices displayed on PajamaGroup are fully inclusive of sales tax, VAT, and import duties.

  • Our customers will not be charged any additional or hidden tax fees upon checkout or delivery. The final price displayed on our checkout page is exactly what you will pay.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email address automatically. You can monitor your shipment status in real-time.

(Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email).

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Delayed Packages: If your order experiences significant delays or if tracking information has not updated for over 5 business days, please contact our support team at support@pajamagroup.com.

  • Damaged Packages: We take great pride in our packaging, but if a package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pajamagroup.com with your order number and photos so we can initiate a claim and process a replacement or refund for you.
