  • Taxes and Fees: Prices displayed on PajamaGroup are inclusive of sales tax, VAT, and standard import duties. Customers will not be charged hidden fees at checkout or delivery.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery Terms

Our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and fees are governed by our Shipping Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following core terms:

  • Destinations: We officially ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Mexico.

  • Free Shipping: Standard Shipping is free for orders of $89.00 USD and over.

  • Processing Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (HKT) will begin processing on the following business day. Handling takes 3 to 5 business days for rigorous quality control of the satin material.

  • Delivery Estimates: Total estimated delivery times (Standard: 10-20 business days; Express: 8-13 business days) are estimates and not legally absolute guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or extreme weather conditions.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All returns and refunds are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key highlights include:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of package receipt to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Address & Expenses: Authorized returns must be directed to our corporate headquarters in Shenzhen, China. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size selected). PajamaGroup covers costs only for verified defective or incorrect items.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Sending items back to the logistics carrier's address or returning products without an approved RMA number will void your eligibility for a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of PajamaGroup or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
