1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $75.00 USD (or equivalent currency) or more.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $75.00 USD (or equivalent currency), a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 USD (or equivalent currency) will be applied at checkout.

  • Price Transparency: All product prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes and fees for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. You will not be charged any additional taxes or hidden fees during the checkout process. The total you see at checkout consists only of the product cost and the shipping fee (if applicable).

2. Order Processing & Timeline To provide you with clear expectations, please note our order processing schedules:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT+8 will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Order Handling Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

  • Transit Time: 7 to 15 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our facility to your doorstep.

3. Shipping Destinations & Methods We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not support shipping to international destinations outside of these three countries at this time.

4. Estimated Delivery Window Your total waiting time is calculated as follows:

Total Receiving Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Typically, please allow 10 to 20 business days for your package to arrive after order confirmation. Note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as peak seasonal demand, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures may occasionally extend these timelines.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your Tracking Number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

6. Important Shipping Policies

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PajamaGroup is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact support@pajamagroup.com immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. For packages lost in transit, please contact our support team.
